At Deservity, all items are limited-stock and packaged by hand. Because quantities are extremely limited, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email connect@deservity.ca within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we may offer a replacement (if available), a refund, or a partial refund depending on the issue. Sale items, last-stock products, promotional purchases (including Black Friday pricing), and worn accessories are final sale. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Deservity is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or theft, but we will assist with carrier claims when possible.
