Refund policy
At Deservity, all items are limited-stock pieces that are inspected and packaged by hand. Because quantities are extremely limited and this is a final-stock sale, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or preference.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at connect@deservity.ca.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement (if the item/size is still in stock)

A refund to your original payment method
-
A partial refund if the issue does not affect wearability
Replacements ship at no extra cost.
Exceptions
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Sale items

Last-stock products
-
Items purchased during promotions (including Black Friday pricing)

Beanies, hats, or any worn accessories
Refunds
If a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account or card statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once the package is handed to the carrier, Deservity is not responsible for transit delays, misdelivery, or stolen parcels.
If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located:

Check with neighbours and building management

Wait 24 hours (carriers often mark “delivered” early)

Contact the carrier to open an investigation
If the carrier confirms loss, we will assist with the claim and offer a solution depending on stock availability.
