Shipping policy

shipping

we currently ship within canada only.

all items are premade and dispatched from ottawa, ontario, within 1–3 business days of placing your order. this is the processing time, not the delivery time.

we ship with canada post and purolator. available services and shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may be affected by delays.

free local pickup

free pickup is available in ottawa. select pickup at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a pickup time.

local delivery

local delivery is available for cad $5 within a 5 km radius of our ottawa location. if your address qualifies, this option will automatically appear at checkout.

select local delivery, and we will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

if your address is outside our local delivery area, you can choose from the available canada post or purolator shipping options at checkout. shipping rates are calculated automatically for your order.

if you notice a mistake, email connect@deservity.ca as soon as possible. address changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.

delivery issues

if your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact connect@deservity.ca with your order number.

for parcels marked as delivered, please also check around your delivery address and with neighbours or building management. we will help investigate with the carrier.

if your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund. for damaged, defective or incorrect items, please see our returns & refunds policy.
