Shipping policy
Order Processing
All items are in stock and stored locally in Ottawa.
Orders placed before 5 PM are typically shipped or prepared for pickup the same day.
Orders placed later in the evening will be shipped the next business day.
Weekend example: orders placed Friday night ship on Monday.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship all orders using trusted Canadian carriers.
Typical delivery times:

Ontario & Québec: 2–5 business days

Western & Eastern Canada: 4–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your exact location.
Shipping Rates
We use simple flat-rate pricing:

Canada-wide Shipping: $10 CAD

Free Shipping on Orders $100+ (before tax)

Local Delivery within Downtown Ottawa: $5 CAD (radius approx. 5 km)
Shipping options are shown transparently at checkout.
Local Pickup (Free)
Free pickup is available in Downtown Ottawa.
You’ll receive a confirmation email/text with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Order Tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, Deservity is not responsible for delays or lost packages.
If something seems wrong, please contact us at connect@deservity.ca within 30 days of the expected delivery date — we’ll help investigate and open a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and small-batch production reasons, we currently do not accept returns unless:
- the item arrived damaged,
- the wrong item or size was sent.
If there’s an issue, email us at connect@deservity.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.
Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or events outside our control.
